Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your musical content. By using our services, you grant us:

Payment & Royalties

Prohibited Content

✗Hate speech or discriminatory content
✗Content promoting violence
✗Sexually explicit material
✗Spam or misleading content

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with proper notice. Upon termination, we will cease distribution of your content and provide a final accounting of any outstanding royalties.

Limitation of Liability

Bindu Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
